Teenagers and Adolescent Development: Podcast #1

"Adolescent development" isn't just a concept for the psychologists and professionals, parents of teens must become informed about what "normal" development looks like. Think about it:you need a frame of reference for reasonable expectations, you need to have a sense of what your teen is thinking and experiencing [especially since he's not likely to tell you!]…and one way to get this is to study up on what teens are like at the particular age and stage where your teen is.
This is the first of our podcast series and I know you'll enjoy the back and forth discussion with my co-host Joanne Greene of Smarter Podcasts.com. She's raised two boys and lived to tell about it…and my two kids are now in their twenties as well. So, we bring real world experience to our discussions while I share tips, tools, strategies and ideas to help you.
